It's the martial arts-based fitness program that will leave you feeling empowered. This class is for everyone with moderate fitness levels. Enjoy simple moves that do not require great coordination. CARDIO & WEIGHTS
What a great combination! Low Impact aerobics with intervals of light weight training targeting muscles of the upper and lower body, including great abs and gluts!! Increase your BMR and lose weight fast! Bring 3-8 lbs. hand held weights. Classes are held in Troy and Warren Park & Recreation.
SILVER SPLASH
You can feel 20 years younger by joining in this fun water aerobics program which is designed specifically for seniors. Exercising in the water is a stress-free and safe way in which to reach your cardiovascular and muscle strengthening goals. You will see an increase in your flexibility, stay healthy and become more fit. Aqua shoes are recommended. Class offered in Madison Heights
AQUA POWER WITH NOODLES
Noodles and hand buoys are used as resistance in this noncompetitive atmosphere, which make this workout a big splash! If you are new to exercise or just love the water this is the class to join. Water aerobics is an effective and gentle way to exercise your whole body. The program balances cardiovascular conditioning, muscle toning and flexibility. Aqua shoes are recommended. Noodles are provided in some locations. Classes are held in Madison Heights, Troy, and Rochester.
PILATES

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Body Images Personal Training Studio is offering private small group training! You can receive a personalized exercise program, including weight loss and nutritional information with a certified trainer in a small group of 3-5 people. A Body fat assessment is also included. UNLIMITED COMBINATION NOT AVAILABLE WITH THIS CLASS. Training sessions are held at Body Images Fitness Center, Shelby Township.
STEP POWER HOUR
This all STEP class incorporates fun, energizing intervals of step aerobic patterns giving you the ultimate cardio workout! Resistance training using hand held weights for upper body strengthening along with awesome abs, hip and thigh exercises conclude this awesome hour. Wear good aerobic shoes and get ready to shape up your body FAST! Classes held in Troy.

LOW IMPACT AND STEP
This class will keep your body moving with 20 minutes of low impact aerobics followed by 20 minutes of fun, easy, step aerobic patterns. This class offers a great high calorie burning workout with a variety of fun moves. Included in this power-packed workout are upper and lower body exercises emphasizing strengthening, toning and flexibility. Beginners to advanced. Classes held in Warren.
MOM'S MORNING WORKOUT
Hey Moms, don't forget to make time for yourselves! Get both an aerobic and toning workout in a 45 minute class without leaving your baby with a sitter! Bring your child (3 months and up) in an infant carrier or stroller. Moms with grown kids - bring yourself! Everyone is welcome to workout even if you're not a mom!
PILATES FOR ALL LEVELS
Take Pilates to the next level with this advanced workout. This challenging class is designed for the experienced Pilates student. Focus will be on greater strength and stamina. Please bring your own mat and light hand weights.
